I really wouldn't recommend this store. The staff are slow and not very helpful. The prices are as found in any other Darty. Stock and displays are limited. We went to buy a dishwasher Mièl. They only had the exposition model. We asked for a discount and were refused. They also did not offer rapid delivery and installation. We finally bought it at Pulsat who were able to deliver and install the next day for less expensive than Darty.

This shop is really conveniently placed for me because I work in Geneva and can stop on my way home (Annecy) before it closes. I bought a home stereo amplifier here a couple of days ago and was impressed by the cheerful staff and the friendly advice I received. OK, the salesman's technical knowledge wasn't quite up to the rather difficult questions I put to him but I HAD been researching the finer points of ATMOS - enabled amplifiers and I wouldn't expect someone to know everything about the entire product range in the shop. He made an effort to find the answer on the internet and we solved the problem together. Such willingness to help is fairly rare in France I must admit. The guy even insisted on carrying my amp and putting it in my car. So I'll definitely be using this shop in future.
